Withdrawing money in Unit-e is the same as sending a remittance. The only difference is you are sending the money to yourself. Therefore please follow the following two ways to withdraw funds from your own self-custodial wallet using the Unit-e app, the steps are:

  1. Open the App: Launch your Unit-e app

  2. Select Withdraw Option: Navigate to the Transfer section within the app.

  3. Add or choose a Bank Account or Cypto Wallet Details:

    • Add:

      • Click on "Bank Account" or "Crypto Transfer" as the Transfer method

      • Enter your bank account details (account number, sort code, etc.) or crypto address. Ensure the bank account is in your name.

    • Choose: If your account details are already saved, select your account from the list.

  4. Enter Transfer Amount: Specify the amount you wish to withdraw from your wallet.

  5. Confirm Transfer:

    • Review the Transfer details to ensure accuracy.

    • Confirm and authorize the Transfer request.

  6. Processing Time:

    • The app will process your request. The funds will be transferred to your bank account within the stipulated time, depending on the app's processing policies.

  7. Check Bank Account:

    • Once the withdrawal is processed, check your bank account to confirm the receipt of funds.

By following these steps, you can securely withdraw funds from your non-custodial wallet through your Unit-e app, to your bank account, ensuring that your money is transferred directly to an account in your name.
